Yes! You can return most items that are still in new and unused condition to us if you contact us within 7 business days of you receiving the package. We will send you a pre-paid label to return the item to us. Once we receive the item, the refund will be credited back to the method of payment used for the original purchase or in the form of store credit. The original shipping charges are not refunded.

Store credit is given for various contests and promotions. You will receive an e-mail from us with a coupon code that can be added to your order at the time of check out. Store credit does not expire and you can view your remaining balance on your account page.
