Our Build A Kit program allows you to create your own creative DIY kit with all the supplies you need for your next craft project. It also includes helpful tip sheets.

While we work hard to get your order right the first time, even we can make mistakes sometimes. Send an e-mail to hello@DIYvinci.com to receive a pre-paid label to return the wrong item and have your correct item shipped to you at no additional cost.

Orders damaged upon delivery may be eligible for a replacement, repair, or a full refund.

Please snap a picture of the damaged product and send the image to hello@DIYvinci.com within 7 days of receiving your items.

Your order will typically ship from our warehouse in 1-3 business days. Special orders, pre-orders, and build a kit orders may take additional processing time.

Items noted as special orders are products not stored in our DIYvinci warehouse and instead will ship from one of our partner warehouses. These orders typically take additional processing time of 3-5 days.

At this time, we do not have a physical store location, however, it is in our future plans.

DIYvinci is our art & kit supply shop. We sell the tools you need for your next craft project.

DIYvinci Studio (https://diyvinci.studio) is our FREE creative community. It’s a social media platform for crafters and artists to show off their work, participate in discussions, share tutorials, and more.

DIYvinci Market (https://diyvinci.market) is our handmade marketplace where artists and crafters can set up a shop to sell their handmade goods.

Qualifications

  • Items must be in new/unused condition.
  • You’ve contacted us about your return within 7 days of receiving your order.

How to Return Your Order

  • After you have contacted us via chat or email, we will send you a PDF label to print off and attach to the package.
  • Place the package in your mailbox, drop off the package at your local post office, or schedule USPS to pick up the package.
  • Once we have received the order, we will refund your order in 1-3 business days via your original payment method. Please note that we do not refund the original shipping charges.

Items shipped directly from the DIYvinci warehouse in Peoria, IL take 1-3 days to process and 2-7 days to ship depending on the shipping method chosen. All orders are shipped out via USPS.
