Long-lasting wet palette for Acrylic paints

Tired of acrylic paints drying out too quickly? This easy DIY method keeps your acrylics wet for days! Here’s how:

What you’ll need:

• • A flat plastic or tin container with a lid (like an ice cream or cookie container)
  • Sponge wipes
  • Scissors
  • Parchment paper or baking paper
  • Water

Step 1: Find a flat container with a lid, like those from ice cream or cookies.

Step 2: Cut a sponge wipe to fit inside the container. Soak it in water until it’s very wet and then put in the container.

Step 3: Cut a piece of parchment paper to fit inside the container, just like the sponge. Place it on top of the wet sponge.

Your color palette is ready! Simply squeeze your paint onto the parchment paper whenever you’re ready to paint. After using, seal the container tightly with the lid. Your paints will stay wet for days!”
